Managerial expertise requires due professional diligence, does it? If it so, then any internal drift must be assumed by the responsible superior. Protocol should always come first and strictly followed. Rules and regulations are based on professional ethics, not on temperamental values.
It has always been the game of endurance for us. Dig gold at the deepest until you are dead tired to toil for tomorrow, swallow the biggest pride and religiously follow what the gods deemed as right. As the box of thoughts swiftly gets broken, doubt comes in the way and our credibility, is questioned. How oft should we be looked down on with disgrace? What game must be played to assure us conquest?
