Why NOT do it?
A couple of friends pestered me all night long with this question! It's simple, I murmured. You can drive a car even without a license but it's a civil liability. Similarly, doing it without the license of marriage is a morally repugnant practice in the sight of God.
I love him and he loves me. Together we uplift each other's morale with due honor and respect. So why cause headache and other unwanted criticisms if we have all the privilege to put things in order?
