Unlike many, none from the series of dates posted as special public holidays enthused me. In fact, the coming year-end is a very tight rendezvous to us, accountants. It is only the 365 days that comes to finish but not our work, which might even compel a few (including myself) to welcome the New Year in the office!
Having to perform a regularly scheduled tour of duty on a holiday is something so strenuous to ponder. It’s never easy to orient oneself of the work setting when all the rest enjoy the vacation, is it?
