As soon as the first working day of the year crossed the calendar, the Human Resource Department never stopped chasing us to set down our individual goals. Just like financial forecasting, each must hit a competitive target to meet the company’s expectations in 2011.
When I first sat down to enumerate my own goals, I thought it would be easy. Although I live with my entire life being spent focusing on “what to do next,” there’re just no perfect words to abridge writing down those goals. As I started itemizing, I realized it was going to be a little more difficult than I anticipated. In my mind was a long list of confusing ideas with some goals very specific, and others even fuzzy. I had trouble composing the right terms to put in words everything that is in my mind and expectedly, a bad headache followed.
Given until 12th of this month, I hope to come up with a clear-cut catalog of these goals!
