After the postponement of the most awaited company outing last week, here comes another weekend appetizer for our department ─ swimming getaway!
It should not get me any enthusiasm for being one of the committees again, but the event’s coming ironically excites me so bad! Given enough official budget, we started the plan by personal ocular visit to the place ─ a semi private resort in the mountains of Antipolo. Following the announcement to the group, my committee partner and I ordered a 4x5 feet big tarpaulin displaying the theme for our teambuilding ─ “I COMMIT…”What we aim for this activity is to bring out the best in every member, ensure self development, positive communication, leadership skills and the ability to work closely together as one team so we’ll gonna make the most out of it!
