work and play with Richmond, Mark, Anne and HenryNo matter how I tried to flee from all those boring admin side of company activities, the HRD had always wanted me to be part of the committee. And because the people who grab you are not just ordinary officers, there’s really no room for a NO answer.
Four committee members and I headed to Montemar Beach Club at Bataan a day earlier than the teambuilding schedule. I was very hesitant to join the advance party at first thinking that I would be left out from these people outside my circle of friends, but I proved myself wrong – they were as nice as what I wanted my travel companions to be like.
After a long ride from Manila and after roaming around the entire hacienda to plant hurdles and flags, we embraced our privilege as committee members. The pool was like a perfect oasis after a very tiring day so we had a long night swimming escapade. We got drenched and took gazillion photos of our craziness!
It wasn’t a long bonding time but each passing hour was moment of fun and friendship built among five different people with one same mission to make a worthwhile teambuilding. And proudly I would say that we did it all well!
