Hey, it's MAY!

It has been a week after month of May entered 2012 and over a week too that I wasn’t able to write a thing on my blog. My crazy busy life facing all these month-end accounting chores barred me from posting not even a welcome note for May’s coming. Although I tried the best I could to write what’s on my mind, my responsibilities in the office were just so pressing I couldn’t complete anything!

MAY has left me a whole lot of memories, both good and bad. It was on this month when I broke up from my last relationship. I really thought my world would stop spinning from that time on, but thankfully this is the second MAY to rejoice for such a big relief God has given me. Recovering from shattered emotions is never as easy as some perceive it especially in my case. Although I don’t want to unearth history here, I honestly can say that the pain has gone over time.

This year’s MAY will cause me to break sore as I face an office friend’s farewell to us. We have been surrounded by funny rumors on being too close and some even believed that we’re some kind of a “thing” but we’re really not, believe me! Yes we are no less than colleagues but no more than friends, too. Our strong personalities draw us closer and we find comfort always in discussing our differences when situations call for it. We both love the beach and we enjoy our friendship. But it’s just it. I am not just used to being left by close peers so I planned for an itinerary away from work on his last day ─ I will be northbound again!

Before he leaves, by the way, I will be off to Mount Pinatubo for a minor climb with some church friends. I have personal interest why I am very much anticipating for this event to come. Among those who will join is another special person. We’re friends in Facebook, but not as close “yet” personally. Oh well, after the healing time comes the rehabilitation period. (Hahaha) He’s my apple of the eye lately and have started praying about this thing over to God for nearly a year now. I first prayed to be given chance to be close to him in a getting to know stage and it was gratefully granted. Now, this is another answered prayer. So need I have to say more? All depends to God and His perfect timing. Let’s just wait!

Lastly, MAY is the month for mothers. This requires another interesting post, so you gotta wait! :)
