Listen. Validate. Execute.

Life at sea — in such business involving efforts which could bring uncertain events,
everyone hopes to design a catalyst to maintain productivity without risking people’s lives.
This leads to asking ourselves where to start, and how.

There exists a cornerstone of a healthy organizational culture which we refer to as effective safety communication and this will be our reference point. Listen in and understand, back up the event with facts and get through to the next channel to get things done.

With behavioral safety properly implemented through improved communication, significant progress in safe performance will be within reach in no time.

Above is another humble victory I shared among the team during the company's Safety Day. I discreetly joined the competition on purpose (with another staff as official candidate) because as people know, I wish to keep my writing life a personal breather — not for technical use or for competitions like this one. Even then, I am pleased to bring home the bacon — actually it's way above just the bacon itself! Aside from the formal recognition at the event, the committee gave us cash prize and a trophy.

This writing talent won't be possible without the Lord's leading. To God be the glory!
