when the "leaves" fall off

This is what I am very particular about in every employment ─ LEAVES.

As I look at my leave bank, I so wonder why some of my colleagues still have more than 10 vacation leaves and a very small portion of used sick leaves while mine is badly shrinking to zero balance. :)) Hahaha

Is this the prize for having a pair of itchy feet?
