greatest guidebook ever written

When I first started retracing the Bible, I, too, wanted to find a scientific explanation for everything. But now I realized that if we rely too much in science, we can forget the story. And the story is very clear on what caused the plagues. God caused them. He wanted to free His people who worshipped Him.

Standing (beside the salt pillars), reading the story of Sodom & Gomorrah, I realized that the Bible is many things ─ a book of faith, a book of stories, a book of God. But it’s also a guidebook, maybe the greatest guidebook ever written.
