By history, I have often received longer lab results or recommendations than my colleagues. Reason is very basic – I am not as healthy as a normal employee should be. But gladly, my annual physical examination (APE) results for two consecutive years were beyond average. It makes me prouder today that my medical report doesn’t seem to show any irregularity at all aside from my asthma, which is inherent, something out of control.
I eat well and a lot too. Also, I hate vegetables but despite that, my health doesn’t show any significant demise, for now. Maybe it will come when I’m old or maybe I have been excellent in not abusing my right to eat acidic, sweet and fatty foods. I have good water intake and try not to miss using my inhaler. I don’t have a religious cycle of exercise either, but I see to it that I walk enough walks and that’s when mountain climbing comes in demand.
Fit to work – this is not a reward but rather an amazing achievement. Let’s live healthy folks!
