Knowing
barely a couple of travelers in the group, it bothered me at the start. I didn’t want
to leave any unpleasant impression if I speak too much or too less at
first meeting – it made it me a bit uncomfortable, honestly. But hey,
just as when coffee is mixed with creamer, the days following with them
along became a pleasurable experience.

Tito Jimmy & Tita Eve inspired me. As I looked at them from afar, while both valiantly faced the deep and took photos of every inspiring corner in this serene place, I closed my eyes and hoped. Two pairs of itchy feet can make perfect adventure. I dreamed (somehow) to grow old celebrating life outdoors with someone who loves what I love, someone who can inspire me to do the impossible.
I have not met a man who uses different nail cutter for finger and toenails; not until this day. Sir Jo is a carefree adventurer. His entire package tells people that he wants to travel around and stay close to nature. In spending a few days with him, I craved to learn surfing and drooled over the peaks that I haven’t reached yet; I dreamed to see myself fearlessly dancing with the fishes and face unfeminine challenges without much complain (like riding a step-through motorcycle). I want to become as lighthearted as adventurers like him do. I want to become skilled at not bringing work while on vacation.
I thought I was wacky enough. When I met Kit (that’s how they call her despite her name being spelled as Keith), that belief was broken. She’s a hundred fold funnier! Tell her a one-line sentence and she’ll spice it up with a childlike laughter. Not all jokes are funny but she can turn the table and make the conversation a whole lot comical. It’s so nice to be happy but it’s nicer to have met Kit!
Five days – short but so worth looking back on with fondness. I met new faces; strangers for a minute turned family in no time. I miss you guys!
